A leading online gaming company are looking for a 'CRM Lead' to join there exciting CRM function. This role is a lot more of a technical based role, and they are looking for someone who understands CRM technology and systems and will allow this company to optimise their campaigns.

In this role you will play a major part in the expansion of CRM within the company, and this role will allow the company to improve their campaigns around Customer Lifecycle. However, this role will have the chance to work with various departments and is perfect for someone looking to move into a fast-paced environment.

The role;
-Provide support across the whole CRM process
-Ensure that the company are utilising all technology and software available for the CRM team
-Work with the CRM team to enhance all campaigns

What do you need?
-An understanding of CRM technologies and systems
-Communication skills
-An understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle
-A real interest in CRM
