CRM and Marketing Exec

My client, a market leading online company are looking for a CRM and Marketing executive to join them asap for an initial period of 3 months. The rate is around the £150-£200 per day mark.

The Role
Working with the Head of Marketing you will execute the professional marketing strategy, communicating with customers to drive engagement as well as delivering tactical campaigns that build awareness and increase subscriber numbers. Using segmentation and personalisation, and collaborating with stake holders you'll get stuck into all aspects of growing the professional business, testing new channels and finding innovative ways to maximise the tools and insight available to my client.

Responsibilities:

*Work with stakeholders to map the Professional customer journey and CRM contact strategy
*Execute emails throughout the lifecycle, engendering loyalty and increasing open rates and purchase.
*End to end delivery of tactical TTL campaigns that drive awareness and growth
*Work closely with the Customer Service and Sales team to support the CRM and campaign strategy with outbound and inbound sales and messaging.
*Manage campaign execution and send out via our CRM tool
*Run regular AB tests and apply learning to improve response rate
*Ensure all communication is on brand
*Regular campaign reporting and performance analysis to the wider business

Skills
*3+ years of relevant experience as a CRM Marketing Exec in B2B or subscription role
*Experience with Mail Chimp or similar CRM system
*Advanced excel and an analytical mind, reporting on performance metrics and using results to shape future campaigns Work autonomously, highly organized and can work to tight deadlines
*Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
*Excellent project manager
