£55000 - £65000 per annum
Our client who is a well known in the service industry and are looking for a Market Research analyst to join their analytics team.
Manage existing continuous research studies and vendor/agency relationships; includes ownership of customer, brand and market tracking research.
Utilise data to its full potential to provide insightful, robust recommendations
Analyse and unlock key insights from the rich quantitative datasets they have from their always-on customer feedback programme in collaboration with their third-party provider
Initiate, explore, identify and shape development of new research approaches or methodologies to support evolving business needs and priorities/strategies.
Promote and develop a culture of using appropriate research techniques and datasets to generate deep consumer insights that support business initiatives
Work closely with internal teams, including Digital, Marketing and Product to ensure that we use data-informed insights to drive decision making.
You will need to have:
Breadth of experience across different forms of consumer research and methodologies to design and execute relevant research studies e.g. blended mix of appropriate qualitative and quantitative techniques, customer journeys, focus groups, segmentation,confident working with and analysing datasets, distilling key insights to drive actions.
Experience of using data visualisation tools to report on and visualise findings,
Strong analytical and organizational skills, someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter; an individual who can manage projects independently but can also work collaboratively as part of a bigger team
Proven track record and experience in either client-side or agency-side roles.
