Xcede are working with successful digital agency based in central London who are looking for a talented and passionate Community/Social Media Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
This company has enabled their clients to build huge global communities, and they help them keep those communities engaged, excited and loyal. That's where the successful candidate comes in - you will keep everyone all up to date with the weekly conversation, talking points, memes, ideas and grumbles.
You will also help monitor the performance of content across the social & web - using social analytics & sentiment analysis to pick up on what's working, what needs a little tweak, and what has totally flopped!
My client is a fast-paced company made up of small teams empowered to crack on - so you will need to be able to hit the ground running and own your work & deadlines.
*Working with mobile games on a daily basis
*Weekly community reports (presented internally and delivered to client)
*Monthly and quarterly content reports
*Social and consumer trend reports and inspiration
*Ad-hoc research sprints for pitches & internal projects
*Min.2 years' experience in a community/social marketing role
*Knowledge of Social analytics (from channels & tools)
*Strong grasp of numbers, social & digital data
*Spotting consumer trends & insights
*Turning lots of data into clear & inspirational reports
*Passion for social media & marketing
*Nose for trends & channels off the beaten track (not just Instagram, YouTube & Reddit!)
