£40000 - £45000 per annum
Our client who is a leading retailer based in London is urgently looking for a client delivery manager to play a key role in supporting the business development drive, proving consultancy and practical advice in pursuit of new business opportunities.
You will assess and scope changes to existing client/service setups or new initiatives and opportunities that deviate from standard processes, and provide the necessary supporting materials to inform requirements as needed.
You will co-ordinate client integration testing, agree service level SLAs and support procedures, and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
You will work with other teams across the business as required to demonstrate processes and provide specialist input into projects by promoting partnerships and collaboration.
You will support knowledge sharing and creation of materials to provide pre-sales support for business development ventures.
You will need to have:
Have experience in a technical delivery environment, and evidence a determination and versatility which has enabled you to achieve high-quality outcomes against demanding timelines.
You will be comfortable presenting and articulating solutions to a client's technical and non-technical audience.
