A leading fashion retailer are expanding their CRM Analytics team, by hiring a 'Campaign Analyst'. They are looking for a commercially experienced analysts, who comes from a marketing background and can look at metrics and understand what it means to the business.
You will use insights in order to increase accuracy of campaigns in order to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value. You will play a key role in helping future campaigns across multiple channels, giving you the chance to be both analytical and creative in your work.
-Give insight and analyse all campaign results
-Work alongside the CRM team to help build and execute future campaigns
-Work with the CRM team to improve customer segmentation and selection of personalised campaigns
What you need?
-Experience with analysing campaigns/marketing channels
-Experience with a campaign management tool
-Advanced Excel skills
-Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker, QlikView or Power BI would be an advantage
