One of our most exciting clients in the Financial Services industry, based in South Africa, is looking for a Business Change Consultant. This is a hybrid opportunity, based in Cape Town and you will be responsible for systems process analysis, design, and simulation.
You will be part of the organisation's internal consultancy business and within the Business Solutions team that will support the business with Strategic Projects, Mergers and Acquisitions and assisting various business divisions through all stages of the process.
Within this role you will be expected to analyse the growth strategy and identify suitable initiatives and solutions to align and realise strategic intent.
What you will need:
- A business or IT related Degree or Diploma
- A business analysis qualification or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Experience in Financial Services and Mergers & Acquisitions would be advantageous.
