An awesome opportunity for a seasoned Art Director has become available with one of our clients in the Financial Services sector. They have been on an exciting journey of digital transformation and looking for an Art Director to join their Design Hub and supplement activities with creative and conceptual design, quality assurance and stewardship of creative output.
This critical role is part of a new strategy that has been introduced to ensure high quality communication and marketing materials are provided as well as adding a creative and conceptual element.
What this role includes:
- The creation of tangible creative concepts and direction through design mock-ups, storyboards, prototyping and related deliverables.
- Effective communication and presentation of creative concepts and related content to the team and key stakeholders within business.
- Overseeing and driving conceptual coherence and direction between various communication materials, including but not limited to UX and UI artifacts, motion design, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), print and below the line materials.
- Providing oversight and quality assurance in end-to-end production.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer in improving skillsets.
- Driving improvement in team skills proficiency within current and prioritised digital skillsets (UX, UI, HTML, Motion Graphics).
What you need to have:
- Either a Diploma or Degree in Design or an equivalent qualification in a related field
- Ideally at least 5 years' experience in digital design, web design, art direction and desktop publishing
- Exposure to digital marketing, communication, and design
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Axure
- UX, UI and HTML Knowledge
