APAC Customer Success Manager

About the Company:

Rapidly expanding Pre-IPO Cybersecurity Vendor whose cutting-edge platform preempts attacks, categorizes risk and enables rapid remediation.


About the Customer Success Manager - APAC:

You will collaborate with multiple departments (Product, Sales, Support, Marketing) and perform as trusted advisor, managing the Customer relationship from onboarding to renewal. Your ability to build relationships up to C-Level will be key to your success.


Responsibilities:

- Analyse customer's business needs and devise solutions to achieve them
- Act as a POC to liase the customer with Support, Product and Engineering teams
- Demonstrate the company's products and ensure increased adoption by implementing best practices
- Achieve renewal targets and identify opportunities for expansion within existing customers, in collaboration with the Sales team


Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Renewal Sales role
- Demonstrated understanding of cyber security concepts
- Track record of delivering customer satisfaction to large enterprise accounts
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to present to C-Level audience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
