Join this leading analytical software company based in the UK with travel to France.
The Analytics Consultant is an individual contributor role within the Global Customer Success Team. You Must be fluent in french and able to translate complex statistics in french and English.
Under general supervision from the Regional Manager, Customer Success, the
Analytics Consultant provides onboarding, consulting and training services to customers.
He/She will maintain cultural awareness ensuring the successful execution of pre-defined
services, relationship management immediately following the sale, as well as later in the
relationship as required and uncovering new opportunities through execution of existing
problem-solving methodologies.

Develop and deliver innovative software solutions to consulting clients. Build a
customer-focused relationship with client to identify business challenges and develop
specifications and requirements to arrive at the best solution.
Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results
based on scope of work.
Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in the customization,
configuration, and deployment of commercial software products.
Develop deep understanding and train colleagues on value proposition of service
Drive working sessions with client to ensure expectations and direction are aligned
and timelines are being met. Identify additional product/service opportunities.
Track work hours by type of activity and maintaining full utilization (billable hours) as
set by organization.
Work with training materials specialist to ensure training materials are current and
effective. Prepare training materials and documentation for customers.
Make suggestions for improvements to global standards that keep Customer Success
offerings current and innovative, ensuring service delivery is above industry best

Fluent French speaker and able to travel to France.
A Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics or related discipline preferred; will
consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience.
Significant Experience using analytics software, such as SPSS, JMP, SAS,
Python, R, or similar products. Strong experience with data preparation is a plus.
Knowledge of real-world applications of statistics is desired.
Experience with data preparation is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in delivering course content is desired; it is preferred that
his experience is in a commercial or professional environment.
Desire to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
