Global eCommerce organisation in central London is seeking an Administration Account Manager for an initial 4-month contract.
The Administration Account Manager is responsible for handling the administrative duties for the BDM team.
The role includes the following:
*Provide administrative support for BDM's
*Building relationships with hosts/prospects
*Manage contracts and renewals with hosts
*Manage finance and invoicing process with hosts
*Mange incoming inquiries from new and existing hosts (phone and email)
*Improve and maintain database of propositions and contacts. Input and manage business development information.
*Manage weekly and monthly reporting
*Previous work in a client facing role is desirable.
*Previous sales support experience.
*Contract negotiation skills is desirable.
*Intermediate excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables).
*Excellent verbal, data analysis, and written communication skills.
*Educated to degree level
