I'm working exclusively with an IT Services organisation who are delivering quality IT Outsourcing solutions for businesses across a number of technologies.

They are looking to grow extensively over the next year therefore there is huge opportunity to grow within the team and be promoted within.

3rd Line Support Engineer / Analyst

It is desirable the 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will also have experience in:
- Windows XP, Windows 7;
- Office 2007, 2010, 2013;
- Active Directory administration;
- Microsoft Exchange administration;
- Basic networking.

The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst should also have the following abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, empathy customer-care;
- Strong organisational, presentational and customer service skills;
- Skill in planning and preparing written communications;
