2nd Line Support Engineer
The 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst must also have experience of the following technologies:
- Windows XP, Windows 10;
- Office 2007, 2010;
- Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Exchange administration
It is desirable the 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will also have experience in:
- Windows Server 2008, 2012;
- WDS and MDT;
- Group Policy;
