2nd Line Support Engineer (100% Remote)

Pay: £150PD - £200PD. This is Inside IR35 and you have to use an Umbrella Company.
Start: ASAP
Length: 3-6 Months
Location: Remote, Work from Home

Responsibilities:
*Dealing directly with customers, focus is on supporting small customers (less than 50 FTE) onboard to O365.
*Reactive ticket basis means will be dealing with customer who have logged tickets, process will be to hand hold and support them in troubleshooting virtually until problem resolved.

Skill Set:
*O365 knowledge required
*1-5 years of experience
*Expected to be knowledgeable in a specific areas (e.g. SharePoint, EMS, teams)
