Tania is one of our Principal Consultants at Xcede supporting OEM’s and tier-one suppliers across Europe, USA and China. She is chiefly focused on Electromobility roles predominantly across the DACH region. Tania is CIPD qualified and holds an Intermediate Level Diploma in Human Resource Management, as well as being bilingual (Russian and English). She moved to Spain in 2018 with over 10 years of recruitment experience consulting for engineering, technology and oil & gas roles across Europe and the Middle East. Other specialities Tania recruits for include Systems & Software Engineering, Hardware & Mechatronics Engineering and AI/Machine/Deep Learning.
