With 8 years of recruitment into Tech, Digital, Data industries in the DACH region, Pav brings reliable and effective market knowledge to assist in clients scaling and growth plans. As well as this, Pav has over 6 years of management and leadership experience and in the HVC team, there are committed consultants who specialise in market spheres providing a full and thorough service offering. The HVC team has the capacity to source and fill Engineer vacancies through to C-Level projects, and they also provide a variety of solutions that suit the clients requirements including Search, Retained and Contingent projects.
