Based in Spain, Matilda joined Xcede as a Senior Consultant in 2021. Matilda recruits into the Semiconductor Industry, specialising in Technical Engineering and Applications roles. During her degree in Computer Science, Matilda studied the design and functionality of hardware and developed assemblers from scratch while developing a variety of other engineering skills. This foundational knowledge has enabled Matilda to understand the specific skillsets needed for certain technical roles which allows her to find the best fitted talent for her clients’ projects.
